When is the order deadline?
We deliver across mainland UK every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
We need you to place your order with us up to 2 days before it is scheduled for delivery.
We’ve put together a little table that sets out our order deadlines. You can of course order as far ahead as you may wish by selecting any future delivery date to suit you.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation from Monty’s Larder.
On the day prior to your delivery day, you will receive a text or email notification confirming that your order has been despatched, together with a shipment (consignment) number.
On the morning of your delivery day, you will receive an estimated time of delivery (giving you a 1 hour delivery time slot) by text or email which you will be able to track using your shipment (consignment) number. This is a 14 digit number starting with 418275.
You can get an update on your delivery time by simply going to the DHL website at www.track.dhlparcel.co.uk and entering your shipment (consignment) number.
In the event that your delivery is delayed, you will receive an update notification by text or email.
Once delivery has been made, you will receive confirmation by text or email.
Your delivery will be made in a chilled insulated box containing frozen ice packs which will remain chilled for over 48 hours from the time of despatch.
Our meals will have been previously frozen and will arrive in a frozen or semi-frozen state.
Your dog’s food will arrive in a state of the art, insulated packaging system that will keep the contents properly chilled for over 48 hours from the time of despatch.
Once you have received your order, place the meals in the fridge ready to serve. So long as the meals are still cool (just touch them), you can go straight ahead and feed your dog. It is absolutely fine even if the food is soft.
Or you can pop them in the freezer.

Do I have to have a subscription order or can I order on a one-off basis?
Yes, you can order on a one-off basis.
To give you the choice, you can either create your own one-off order to see how your dog gets on with a new, healthier diet, or set up a subscription to arrive every two, four or eight weeks.
It’s up to you.
By using our Meal Planner to answer a few quick questions, you will be able to put together your own bespoke meal plan based on your dog’s own individual characteristics.
And you can select your own preferred meals from the Monty’s Larder range of cooked, fresh dog food, supplemented by your dog’s favourite treats.
Do you offer a recurring order service?
Yes, we do. Simply go to CREATE PLAN to set up a subscription order to arrive every two, four or eight weeks.
Can I add or delete items to my regular subscription box myself when I wish to?
Yes.

How regularly will my subscription order be delivered?
It’s up to you. You can set the order to arrive either every 2, 4, or 8 weeks on a recurring basis.
Will I be reminded that the delivery is coming so I have time to make any changes?
Yes, you will receive an email reminder prior to your scheduled delivery date.
How do I set up my regular subscription order?
Simply go to CREATE YOUR PLAN and create an account, select the items you wish to receive in your order together with the frequency (every 2, 4, or 8 weeks) and you will be sent your own unique password.

Can I call you to set up my regular order or do I have to do it online?
Yes, you can call us on 01747 859911 at any time and we will be happy to set it up for you.
Can I cancel my subscription order whenever I wish?
Yes, you are not tied-in so you can cancel your order at any time either from your online account or by emailing us at info@montyslarder.co.uk or calling us on 01747 859911.
However, we will need 24 hours notice prior to your next scheduled delivery date.
By cancelling you will automatically cancel your regular payment and you will receive an email confirming this.
Can I pause my subscription order whenever I wish?
Yes, you can pause your order at any time either from your online account or by emailing us atinfo@montslarder.co.uk or calling us on 01747 859911.
If I pause my subscription order, when can I restart it?
You can do this in 2 ways.
Either from your online account when the next available delivery from the date you wish to restart will automatically be chosen for you.

How do I pay?
You can use any type of credit or debit card but not Paypal.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, you can.
Can I use a discount code for my subscription?
