Where do we deliver?
We deliver to the whole of the UK excluding the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the northernmost areas of
Scotland.
When do we deliver?
We deliver across mainland UK every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

How much is delivery?
For orders all orders, the delivery charge is £3.95.
For orders placed for Saturday delivery, there is a charge of £7.95.
Do I need to be in when my order is delivered?
No, you don’t need to be in.
Just let us know where you want the box left when you place your order. Somewhere safe would be good, a porch, shed or
garage.
If you prefer, we can deliver it to you at work, just let us know.
Will I receive any delivery notification or tracking code?
Yes.
Your order will be despatched for next day delivery.
You can select next day delivery before 12.00 a.m. at checkout.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation from Montys Larder.
On the day prior to your delivery day, you will receive a text or email notification confirming that your order has been
despatched, together with a shipment (consignment) number.
On the morning of your delivery day, you will receive an estimated time of delivery (giving you a 1 hour delivery time
slot) by text or email which you will be able to track using your shipment (consignment) number. This is a 14 digit
number starting with 418275.
You can get an update on your delivery time by simply going to the DHL website at www.track.dhlparcel.co.uk and entering your shipment
(consignment) number.
In the event that your delivery is delayed, you will receive an update notification by text or email.
Once delivery has been made, you will receive confirmation by text or email.
Your delivery will be made in a chilled insulated box containing frozen ice packs which will remain chilled for over 48
hours from the time of despatch.
Our meals will have been previously frozen and will arrive in a frozen or semi-frozen state.
Your dog’s food will arrive in a state of the art, insulated packaging system that will keep the contents properly
chilled for over 48 hours from the time of despatch.
Once you have received your order, place the meals in the fridge ready to serve. So long as the meals are still
cool (just touch them), you can go straight ahead and feed your dog. It is absolutely fine even if the food
is soft.
