What we feed our dogs matters.
For many owners, choosing freshly cooked food is about something very simple: feeding their dog proper food made from recognisable ingredients, while knowing they are still getting the complete and balanced nutrition they need.
At Monty’s Larder, our meals are freshly cooked using ingredients including grass-fed beef and lamb, high-welfare poultry, sustainably sourced fish and fresh vegetables.

Proper ingredients
Freshly cooked food looks and smells like food. You can see the meat, fish and vegetables that have gone into the bowl.
But good ingredients are only part of the story.

Complete and balanced nutrition
A bowl of meat and vegetables might look wholesome, but that doesn’t automatically mean it contains everything a dog needs.
Dogs require the right balance of protein, fats, essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals.
That’s why Monty’s complete meals are formulated in line with FEDIAF nutritional guidelines and have been developed with Mike Davies, Fellow of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and Specialist in Veterinary Clinical Nutrition.

Freshly cooked, then frozen
Our meals are cooked and then frozen, helping us deliver proper freshly cooked food conveniently to your door.
Simply keep Monty’s in your freezer, defrost what you need and serve.

And dogs need to enjoy it
Nutrition matters, but so does enjoying dinner.
We regularly hear from customers whose previously fussy dogs have discovered a new enthusiasm for mealtimes after trying Monty’s.
